Key Features of a Property Floor Plan:
The plan will be scale overview of your property and will help to visualise the property alongside any images of the interior/exterior. This will help any prospective renters or buyers to visualise the property and how they may use it before booking a visit.
Address and Estimated Size: The plan will feature the full property address and approximate size
Room Layout: Displays the size, shape, and position of each room
Structural Elements: May include built-in features like kitchen counters, bathroom fixtures, and closets.
Flow of Space: Illustrates how people move through the property by the positioning of doors and hallways, including the entrance to the property.
How to get a Floor Plan for your Property in London
We will visit your property to undertake a full survey, creating a plan on the day utilising digital measures to ensure accuracy. The finished property floor plan will have room by room dimensions and labels, with the option to amend these as necessary.
Back in the office your Floor Plan will be updated digitally and offered to you in a variety of formats including .png, .jpg and .pdf. Alongside this we will send an invoice for payment via bank transfer.
Once you have recieved your initial Floor Plan you have an opportunity to feedback and make changes, but more often than not the inital version is the final version of your Floor Plan.
