To save time and simplify the process, we offer a convenient combined service, where both the Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) and the Gas Safety Certificate (CP12) can be completed in a single visit, if required. This combined service is available for just £90 per property (no VAT), or the Gas Safety check can be done separately for £50. For clients managing larger housing stocks, we offer attractive discounts and tailored proposals to meet specific needs. Gas Boiler and Appliance Servicing
