Domestic Energy Performance (EPC) and Gas Safety Certificates

Landlord Gas Safety Certificates (CP12)
We are Gas Safe Registered (570385) and offer Landlord Gas Safety Certificates (CP12’s) . Our team of Gas Safe Registered engineers can do both the EPC and CP12 in a combined visit as necessary. This service is available for £90 (no VAT) per property, or £50 for the Gas Safety on its own, with discounts and specific proposals available for larger housing stocks. Again, majority of reports are issued within 24 hours, or can be issued sooner as agreed.
Gas Boiler and Appliance Servicing
Serving Croydon and the surrounding boroughs, our team of engineers can service your properties Boiler and Appliances from £65 + VAT. Servicing a Boiler includes:
- Visual inspection of pipework, flue and boiler
- Flue Gas Analysis to check proper combustion.
- Testing the operating pressure of the appliance
- Testing of fail safe devices to ensure they are operating correctly
- Removal of casing to ensure inside the boiler is clean, visual inspection of heat exchanger and cleaning of debris as necessary.
- Visual inspection of burner, electrodes and insulation, cleaning as necessary.
- Completion of Benchmark Log as necessary
